The Quick Board

The Quick Board system consists of a control panel and foot board:

Control panel:
16 x 2 Character LCD screen
5 light emitting diodes (LEDﾒs) representing the corresponding sensors
5 membrane buttons to navigate menus and program desired drills
Male DE-9 connector for foot board sensor input
RJ-45 Ethernet connector, 10/100 Base-T Auto-MDIX

2.1 mm barrel style power jack for power input (6 VDC, 500mA, Positive Center)

Five sensors represented as yellow dots
Male DE-9 connector for sensor output
